Operating seven days a week is another notable advantage, giving clients an easier time reaching out should any issues arise. They also run their own MOM-approved boarding house and in-house training programme with a nurse trainer, and have been selected by MOM for the Advance Placement Scheme — a distinction offered to only select agencies.

Thumbs Up Employment Agency is a Singapore-based maid agency focused on providing a more personalised and transparent domestic helper hiring experience. The agency positions itself as being run by individuals who have personally gone through the hiring process themselves, which shapes their emphasis on empathy, clarity, and practical matching.
A key strength of the agency is its structured screening and matching system. Helpers are pre-screened, acclimatised, and trained before being introduced to employers, helping to reduce mismatches and early contract terminations. The agency also highlights its commitment to upfront pricing, ensuring clients are informed of all costs before proceeding, which helps avoid unexpected charges.
Beyond placement, Thumbs Up Employment Agency provides end-to-end support including work permits, insurance, medical checks, and repatriation services. This makes it a convenient option for first-time employers or families who prefer guided assistance throughout the hiring process.
